There are times when our memory fails us. How many times have you stood up from your cozy chair and then failed to remember why? Strawberries and blueberries were identified as the berries that help improve memory. Incorporating berries into your diet is so easy. Berries are excellent for snacking. Throw different berries in the blender and you've got a healthy smoothie.

Make sure that you eat enough leafy green veggies. Dark leafy green veggies are what you want to eat more of. This isn't difficult to do. You can, for instance, start each meal with fresh salad made from dark leafy greens. Just one cup of spinach will give you 15% of your daily vitamin E needs.

Are you a meat eater? Eat more lean read meat. You can get your iron from lean beef. But don't take this to mean that you should eat lean beef in each and every meal. You can eat lean beef once a week or so. According to several studies, iron deficiency and memory loss are directly correlated. In addition to that, iron deficiency can lead to anemia and a lot of other disorders that can affect your health.
